•Our New Project : Fish drying using Solar Dryers
•With a support fromThai Government CSP recently installed solar dryer for fishes. With this solar system ,it will be more hygienic than drying outside in the sun and it also increase our capacity of drying from 1 day to only 4-5 hours.
JELLY FISH CRACKER
In 2016, CSP joined with Phranakhon Rajabhat University Innovative house (TRF), NSTDA to do a research of Jellyfish Cracker. There crackers are unique and give value for nutrition. The Jellyfish is a 30% ingredient to replace wheat flour. Jellyfish : Low fat, High Protein and Collagen Easily eaten anytime anywhere. Suitable for everyone.
